BHAGYAMMA & KRISHNAVENI FOUNDATION adds a humane dimension to Kalidindi Group. And through this foundation Kalidindi Group is reaching out to the society in many ways than one. The foundation is actively involved in programmes like restoring the vision of blind people, providing pensions for poor and old, and supporting poor children's education etc. The recently initiated “Save Merit. Serve India” mission undertaken by Kalidindi Group illustrates the pioneering vision of the company to build a better society.
Inspired by the ideology “The biggest donation is the donation of knowledge”, the foundation had set itself on "MSSP" Mirit Student Support Program to encourage Merit by reaching out to meritorious 10th class students from poor communities who can't afford higher education.
Under this programme eligible students will receive the total fee costs to pursue intermediate as scholarship from the foundation. For starters, the trust aims at financially supporting at least 50 students this year. It has chosen West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh for implementation to kick start its noble campaign. And the trust hopes to see the movement become larger every year and one day, spreads out to the entire state of Andhra Pradesh.
